Flashings are light-gauge, weather-resistant metal strips installed at transition points in commercial building construction, such as where the roof meets a wall. They prevent water infiltration, reduce the risk of leaks and structural damage, as well as helping prolong the building's lifespan. Proper installation is crucial to avoid expensive repairs down the line.

We supply flashings in several profiles and sizes. These can feature factory-punched perforations from an extensive range of patterns to suit your requirements.

There are further customisation options we can provide in-house, (punching, folding, guillotining, and shearing) and are available with the following finishes:

  • Pre-galvanised steel.
  • Steel – galvanised after manufacture.
  • Zinc is available on request.
  • Pre-patinated copper is available on request.
  • Unpatinated copper is available on request.
  • Mill finish aluminium.
  • Polyester powder coated aluminium – factory painted, after manufacture, from an extensive choice of colours and gloss levels.
  • Pre-coated aluminium available in various colours.
  • Anodised aluminium (Grade J57UP) from a wide range of natural metallic sheen colours, offering excellent corrosion resistance and durability along with minimal maintenance required and a lifetime guarantee for the design life of the building cladding.

Capping systems

Capping systems in commercial building construction are designed to prevent the spread of fire and smoke through the gaps between floors and walls.

Installing them reduces the risk of property damage, injury and loss of life, whilst ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

We supply standard, weathered and ridge cappings with bespoke designs.

These are available in the following materials:

  • Polyester powder coated aluminium – factory painted, after manufacture, from an extensive choice of colours (including Syntha Pulvin) and gloss levels.

Fascia

Bullnose and fascia flashings are protective components installed in building construction. A bullnose flashing is a curved metal panel used to cover the roof's edge, while fascia flashing is a flat panel used to cover the roof's fascia board. In addition to the aesthetic value, the purpose of these flashings is to prevent water from entering the building's interior and protect against weather damage.

Installing bullnose and fascia flashings in commercial buildings can help extend the building's lifespan, reduce maintenance costs, and improve the building's aesthetic appeal. Properly installed flashings can also prevent potential water damage to the building's structure and interior.

We supply a variety of bespoke fascias in the following materials:

  • Polyester powder coated aluminium – factory painted, after manufacture, from an extensive choice of colours and gloss levels.
  • Pre-coated aluminium available in various colours.
  • Anodised aluminium (Grade J57UP) from a wide range of natural metallic sheen colours, offering excellent corrosion resistance and durability along with minimal maintenance required and a lifetime guarantee for the design life of the building cladding.

Soffits

Soffits are finishing elements found on the underside of an architectural structure, such as an arch, balcony, or overhanging eaves. They conceal the roof's underside and protect the rafters from the elements. Soffits also provide ventilation to the building's attic or roof space.

They come in various materials, including aluminium, vinyl, and wood. Installing soffits can improve the aesthetics of a building, prevent moisture damage, and reduce energy costs. Additionally, they require minimal maintenance and can increase the lifespan of a building's roof.

Our soffits are made-to-measure to satisfy your design requirement details.

They’re available in a variety of materials and finishes:

  • Polyester powder coated aluminium – factory painted, after manufacture, from an extensive choice of colours (including Syntha Pulvin) and gloss levels.
